What amenities are available?

Our Place is equipped with a indoor restroom, an attached kitchen, parking, and a serving bar!  The event room is 1,875 sqft of space for you to entertain your guests.  Tables, chairs, and white table clothes are also included in your rental.  Colored linens available at an additional cost. 

Can we cook on property?

There is a kitchen attached to the event space that may be used to keep food warm, but due to food handling regulations it is not permitted to cook any food on our property.  If you are interested in hiring a caterer for your event, you may contact our prefered caterer for more information: Custom Select Inc.

Is there parking?

Your guests may park in the grass behind the barn where the event space is located.  The parking area leads directly to the main entrance!

Is the space climate controlled?

Yes!  The event room has heating and cooling for use in any season!

How many people can the space accomodate?

Our Place can comfortably seat up to 120 guests.  We have also had many parties and reunions of smaller sizes, which leaves room for games and activities!

I'd like to have live entertainment at my event, is this possible?

Yes! Our guests have hired entertainment for events in the past.  Guests at Our Place have also brought in concession equipment like an ice cream machine!  Whatever special set up you'd like, let us know and we can discuss the possibilities.
